We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees when they arrive at your country. You are responsible for any custom fees incurred.
Many of our items are sourced in bulk from global suppliers, so refer to the table below for the estimated shipping times, though in extremely rare circumstances can take longer. Shipping on all items is free, no extra charges. Don’t be alarmed if you don’t receive all items in a large order at once, we don’t like to keep our dear customers waiting so we send each item as and when it arrives.
All our products come with tracking. You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order ships. If you haven’t received any tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. Please contact us if your order was placed more than 5 business days ago.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-3 day processing) due to factors not within your or our control, you can request a refund or a reshipment. Please submit your refund request through our Contact Us page or email us within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
