Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations that we are not able to ship to. We will contact you if you happen to be located in one of those countries.

If you are shipping within the US, then you have nothing to worry about. But if you ship outside the US, then we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. However, we will try to adjust the prices reasonably to avoid any customs fees.


By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive at your country. You are responsible for any custom fees incurred.


Don’t be alarmed if you don’t receive all items in a large order at once, we don’t like to keep our dear customers waiting so we send each item as and when it arrives.

All our products come with tracking. You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order ships. If you haven’t received any tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. Please contact us if your order was placed more than 5 business days ago.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-3 day processing) due to factors not within your or our control, you can request a refund or a reshipment.


Please submit your refund request through our Contact Us page or email us within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.


If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.


If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
